Royal Spark is the dedicated innovation cell serving RAF Mildenhall, acting as the launchpad for next-generation ideas across the 100th Air Refueling Wing, 352nd Special Operations Wing, and mission partners.

To drive mission-focused innovation that strengthens readiness, enhances lethality, and supports our Airmen through cutting-edge solutions, cross-functional partnerships, and resourceful thinking.
